Executive coaching

Coaching for the decisions only you can make.

Sustained one-to-one work on judgement, relationships and the way you lead — anchored in your real priorities rather than in a curriculum.

The question this page answers

Would this help me lead the responsibility I now carry?

Two executives greeting one another in conversation

Who this is for

  • Founders and business owners whose role has changed faster than their working habits.
  • Senior executives moving into wider scope, a new mandate or a first executive seat.
  • Family enterprise leaders balancing commercial responsibility with family relationships.
  • Leaders who are performing well and want the next decade to be built more deliberately.

Situations in which the work can help

  • Moving into greater responsibility, and needing to lead differently rather than harder.
  • Delegating and developing others instead of holding decisions that could sit elsewhere.
  • Strengthening judgement under pressure and the quality of key stakeholder relationships.
  • Recurring patterns — the same conflict, the same bottleneck, the same avoided conversation.
  • Reconnecting achievement with meaning, when results are strong and satisfaction is not.

What the engagement involves

From self-awareness to leadership practice.

  • A defined coaching journey

An agreed number of sessions over an agreed period, with objectives set at the start and review points built in. Conducted by video or in person in Monaco.

  • Inside-out, applied outward

We work on how you see your role and yourself, and translate it immediately into observable behaviour: how you decide, delegate, hold people to account and handle conflict.

  • Assessment when it adds value

Structured leadership assessment or stakeholder feedback can be incorporated when we agree it is useful, including Intelligent Leadership® instruments.

  • Confidentiality agreed upfront

What is shared, with whom and in what form is agreed in writing before we begin. Where an organisation sponsors the coaching, your private content stays private and only agreed progress themes are reviewed with the sponsor.

What the work aims to support

These are the objectives an engagement is designed around. We agree which of them matter most to you at the outset, and review progress against those priorities.

  • Clearer, faster decisions on the matters that carry the most consequence.
  • More delegation, and stronger people around you who are trusted with real decisions.
  • Accountability held consistently, with difficult conversations happening earlier.
  • Better relationships with the board, partners, investors and the leadership team.
  • A working life that reflects what you actually value — from success to significance.

How progress is reviewed

Objectives are written down at the outset in language you would use with your own board, so progress can be discussed rather than assumed.

We review at agreed intervals — typically at the midpoint and the close — against those objectives, and adjust scope if the priorities have moved.

Where an organisation is sponsoring the work, the review with the sponsor covers agreed progress themes and next priorities, never the content of individual conversations.

Next step

A complimentary initial conversation about your priorities and fit.

Tell me briefly what you are working on. If this is the right fit, I will set out objectives, scope and ways of working in a written proposal before anything begins.
