What this site collects
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and builds no visitor profiles. The Success Trap reflection runs entirely in your own browser: your answers are not transmitted or stored, and they disappear when you leave the page.
What you choose to send
The enquiry form prepares an email in your own mail application, addressed to the practice. Nothing is submitted to a server from this website, and no message reaches us until you send it yourself. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial or family details in an initial enquiry.
How information is held
Correspondence is handled within the practice and retained only for as long as it is needed to consider fit or to conduct an engagement. It is not sold, published or used for marketing.
Confidentiality in engagements
Confidentiality and information-sharing arrangements are agreed in writing before work begins. Where an organisation sponsors coaching or a programme, participant privacy and the agreed sponsor progress reviews are defined separately at the outset, so everyone knows what will and will not be shared. Client names are not published and no engagement is used as promotional material without written permission.
Your choices
You may ask at any time what correspondence is held, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be attended to.
