Corporate leadership development

Leadership development your managers will actually use.

Programmes designed around your priorities, your language and the behaviour you need to see — delivered as workshops, cohort programmes or coaching-supported development.

The question this page answers

Will this change how our leaders behave day to day?

Leadership definition set over a leadership team in discussion

Who this is for

  • HR and L&D leaders responsible for building leadership capability.
  • Executive sponsors who need a programme to serve a business priority, not fill a calendar.
  • Leadership teams that must work better together before they can ask the same of others.
  • Managers and emerging leaders stepping into responsibility for other people.

Situations in which the work can help

  • Developing first-time managers and emerging leaders with real, practised skill.
  • Raising accountability so commitments are made clearly and followed through.
  • Strengthening cohesion and trust within a leadership team.
  • Leading change, restructuring or integration with the human dimension taken seriously.
  • Translating stated values into everyday behaviour that people recognise.

What the engagement involves

Development that carries into everyday work.

  • Design around your priorities

We begin with the business priority and the behaviour gap, then design the shortest programme that can credibly move it. Established leadership development methods are adapted to your priorities, language and operating context.

  • Workshops and cohort programmes

Facilitated sessions, modular cohort programmes and leadership team offsites — online, in person or blended, in English, French, Italian or Turkish.

  • Coaching-supported development

Group sessions paired with individual or small-group coaching, so what is learned in the room is applied in the role between sessions.

  • Clear scope and accountability

Objectives, participant numbers, delivery dates, responsibilities and review points are agreed in writing before delivery starts. Where specialist input is needed, agreed specialists are named.

What the work aims to support

These are the objectives an engagement is designed around. We agree which of them matter most to you at the outset, and review progress against those priorities.

  • Managers who delegate, give feedback and hold accountability with more confidence.
  • Leadership teams that make decisions together and communicate them consistently.
  • Shared language for judgement, ownership and standards across the organisation.
  • Change initiatives that are understood and carried by the people delivering them.
  • Development that continues after the programme, through habits and practice.

How progress is reviewed

Success measures are agreed with the sponsor before design begins — usually a mix of observable behaviour, participant application and business indicators you already track.

Progress is reviewed at agreed milestones during delivery, with adjustments made where the priority has shifted.

Participants' individual coaching conversations stay confidential. Sponsor reviews cover agreed themes, participation and progress against the programme objectives.

A complimentary initial conversation about your priorities and fit.

Tell me the priority and the group involved, and I will come back with a view on the shortest credible way to address it, followed by a written proposal.
