How to read this

The seven statements describe patterns that recur across senior leadership: role and identity, delegation, satisfaction, priorities, counsel, consistency and contribution. None of them indicates dysfunction, and wanting your success to matter beyond its financial results is not a weakness — it is one of the more mature questions a leader asks. The point of the exercise is to notice which questions are live for you now.
