Deyvis is a visionary entrepreneur, executive coach, and leadership strategist with a passion for building purpose-driven organizations and empowering human-centric leaders. With a career rooted in Monaco — one of the world’s most prestigious business hubs — Deyvis has spent his life navigating elite business circles and achieving remarkable success across multiple industries.
After graduating from one of France’s top business schools, Deyvis launched his first trading company in 1996, followed by a second venture in the energy sector in 2006. His sharp business acumen and strategic vision quickly elevated him to the top echelons of Europe’s business elite. However, in 2016, having achieved his professional milestones, Deyvis felt the urge to embark on a transformative journey to redefine success and uncover his higher purpose.
Drawing wisdom from globally renowned mentors, coaches, and thought leaders, Deyvis returned to Monaco with a renewed sense of mission. In 2018, he founded Synergy Consulting, a purpose-driven consultancy dedicated to helping leaders and organizations cultivate meaningful success. As an ICF- certified executive coach and leadership trainer, Deyvis specializes in guiding business leaders to redefine leadership excellence, align their businesses with purpose, and achieve a more meaningful life.
His expertise has since been sought after by global organizations, including Google, Airbus, Unilever, Madame Coco, and others. Through his passion, Deyvis continues to inspire business leaders worldwide, empowering them to lead with authenticity, vision, and impact.
