I lead Synergy Consulting personally from Monaco: executive coaching, leadership development and advisory for founders, leadership teams and the next generation of family enterprises.
Who would I be working with, and on what basis?
Background
For more than three decades I have built and run businesses across trading, energy, real estate and consulting. That experience taught me what commercial responsibility feels like from the inside: making consequential decisions, leading through uncertainty and remaining accountable for the outcome.
That led me to train formally in executive coaching and leadership development, including with John Mattone Global in the Intelligent Leadership® approach. Since 2018 I have worked with founders, business owners, senior executives and family enterprise leaders on how they lead — and on the judgement, relationships and self-awareness that leadership depends on.
My work brings practical business experience together with inside-out executive coaching. My guiding belief is that leadership growth is strengthened when work on identity, values and self-awareness is connected to decisions, delegation, accountability and relationships.
I work in English, French, Italian and Turkish, with cultural fluency across Europe and the Middle East. Monaco is my base; engagements are conducted here, at your offices, or by video.

Confidentiality by agreement
What is shared, with whom and in what form is agreed before we start. Where an organisation sponsors the work, participant privacy and sponsor reviews are defined separately.
